Born in Sardinia, Italy, Alessandro Garau is a London-based film producer and location manager with over 15 years of experience in the industry.
His work spans a wide range of film and television productions, where he brings a sharp eye for detail, logistical expertise, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
Recent works include his contribution to Sardonic Grin, a psychological thriller set in Sardinia, in which he is both a producer and creative voice. This film is a love letter to the island’s rugged mystique and a testament to Alessandro’s dedication to conveying resonant, striking visions.
MICHAEL J. WOOD
Originally from New Zealand, Michael moved to the United Kingdom in 2007. He is a screenwriter with a focus on feature films and sitcoms, often exploring the absurdities of modern life through comedy.
His works include My Cuz, the King, which satirises the bizarre influence of social media on celebrity culture; We’ll Meat Again, a dark comic tale about cosmopolitan housemates who uncover a ghostly secret in an old bakery; and Sin Eaters, a humorous exploration of exploitation and morality, where eating sins could make you rich.
